25 Random Facts About Johnny Carp
Stealing from a trend that I have noticed on the Internet, I have decided to take a stab at this 25 Random Facts thing. Let's do this...
1. I don't like talking on the phone, but for some reason I have three in my apartment.
2. My favorite musician as a kid was John Denver.
3. I don't like chocolate, but love chocolate chip cookies.
4. When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be a school bus driver.
5. Large groups of people and twins make me nervous.
6. My bartender says I have to visit her weekly or else she will punch me in the face. (I believe her).
7. I have a big mouth, which tends to get me in trouble.
8. My mother still brings me lunch when I work in the office.
9. I am horrible about sharing my feelings, but wear emotion on my sleeve.
10. I retain useless information/trivia very easily, but can't remember what someone told me a week a go.
11. I expect the worst and am surprised when things go well.
12. I collect political campaign buttons from presidential elections.
13. After a hard day at work or in life, I like to lay on the floor and pet the dog.
14. It took years before I would let people call me 'Johnny Carp', because I hate the name 'Johnny'.
15. James K. Polk is my favorite president, but Richard Nixon is my favorite figure in American history.
16. If I could I would live in Florida because I hate being cold.
17. I am not nearly as bitter as I let people believe that I am.
18. I was left at school twice because I actually napped during nap time.
19. I hate cooking, but am very good at it.
20. I don't take home leftovers because I never eat them.
21. I used to go to the NASCAR races with my Dad, but now I can't sit through it.
22. I only went to college because if I went to VCU my parents said they would get me a car to drive to school.
23. I try not to have any regrets, because all of the things from the past are what has made me who I am today.
24. I have a inner monologue that hates me.
25. I don't thing this 25 random facts thing was a good idea.
Well, that wraps it up. I doubt I posted any breaking news or that anyone really cares about 25 facts about me. Who knows? I could be wrong.
